My kids are the reason behind everything I do. Every risk I’ve taken, every sacrifice I’ve made, and every achievement I’ve earned has been for them. With that kind of motivation, I’ve learned I’m capable of more than I ever imagined.
At 20, I was a single mom, finishing college, and working three jobs. There were times I had $10 to my name and went without eating to make sure my daughter could. She never went without, and I worked so hard to better our lives. Every job I had, I took very seriously, knowing it was providing for my family. From customer service to retail to clerical work, I connected with people and took pride in doing things the right way.
Eventually, I became a receptionist at a local car dealership. One thing I won’t compromise on is my values. And in that job, the office manager and I just couldn’t see eye to eye. So, I wrote a resignation letter, thinking it was best that I just moved on. Instead, the general manager called and offered me a new role: CRM, social media, photography, and website updates. I created all the systems and processes, which ultimately helped the dealership thrive through COVID.
I’m always up for a new challenge, so I got into the sales side too. I was the only woman on the sales floor in a very traditional town, but I held my own. I took a very different approach: listening, understanding people’s needs, and finding solutions. I led in sales numbers and service ratings, all while managing our marketing.
But after becoming a single mom of three, flexibility became non-negotiable. New management came in, and I started getting pushback for attending school events and appointments. That was my line. No matter how many jobs I’ve had or things going on in life, I always show up for my kids.
I was ready for something more. Something that supported my family, had no ceilings, was flexible, and gave me full control of how I served people. So, I left the dealership and took a role as an ISA for a real estate team, handling CRM and cold calls. It eased me into the industry, but I knew I had bigger dreams, so I became a licensed REALTOR®.
With all my experience in customer service, sales, CRMs, and marketing, I expected it to take off right away. But the first six months were very slow. I was putting in the work day in and day out without seeing results. It was a grind, and I had to go out of my comfort zone, but all of that effort had a compounding effect. The second half of my first year, it picked up more than I even imagined and changed my life.
My favorite part of real estate is the impact I get to have. My clients are often going through huge life changes, whether it is their first home or upgrading to fit a growing family, and I get to play a part in making that happen.
My kids are my biggest supporters—they pass out my pens at school, tell their friends I’m a REALTOR®, and sometimes tag along to showings. They’ve always been the reason behind everything I do, and now I get to show them what it means to run a business, show up for others, and take pride in your work.
Aryanna is a competitive gymnast, and we travel all over for her meets. Bryson plays baseball, basketball, and soccer, and loves Legos and Pokémon. Rylann has a big personality and enjoys gymnastics, soccer, and softball. We also have a dog, Mr. Coco, and two cats, Lucy Lu and Cupcake.
When you work with me, you’re getting someone who’s in it with you from start to finish. I communicate clearly, answer my phone, and keep you updated so you’re never left wondering what’s going on. I walk you through every step, explain things in plain terms, and make sure nothing gets missed—because details matter, especially when it comes to contracts, timelines, and negotiations. I take the time to get to know what’s most important to you and make sure that stays the priority the entire time.
I don’t do things just because “that’s how they’ve always been done.” I’m always looking for ways to improve, taking the time to research new strategies and find what works and apply it. That’s achieved using professional photography, thoughtful listing presentations, social media, and marketing tools that get real results.
This isn’t just about closing a deal—it’s about helping you make a move that supports your life, your goals, and your peace of mind. I’m here to support you through that process and be a resource long after as your REALTOR® and friend for life.
With gratitude,

Kyra Page
